JL, JM and JT – Sunday at Salt Ayre

We are doing what we can to keep the technique sessions going until Carnforth & Heysham pools open again up in the next few weeks.
Salt Ayre have let us have the tank on Sunday morning so we will be running a technique session in the tank for JL, JM, JT swimmers who are not in the usual 8-9:30am session.
