Our last Microleague fixture of 2018 is against Ormskirk A; Preston A; and Pioneer 79 A.

The coach will leave Salt Ayre at 13:15. If you are making your own way – please be ready on poolside for 14:45. The warm-up time at the venue is 15:00.

Remember, for parents wishing to travel on the bus there is a £3 fee for adults only the swimmers do not need to pay, and there will also be a £3 spectating fee at the swim pool. Please note, there will be a limit on spectators for this gala, 30 spaces per team.

On arrival we will have our usual team meeting on poolside with our swimmers. Please ensure you bring:

• Carnforth club kit i.e. shorts, t-shirt (please put your name in your kit)
• A drink for poolside
• Racing goggles and spares
• Carnforth Otters Swim Hat
• Snacks like dried fruit, mixed nuts are great for poolside
• No phones, iPads or computer games are allowed on poolside
• A big voice for cheering
