This is a Level 3 'Development Meet' with quite tight 'Upper Entry Time Limits', so some of the more seasoned competitive swimmers may be too fast.It's the last THURSDAY training session at Carnforth pool later today. Thursday training resumes on 13th September.

Last Thursday session at Carnforth pool before summer break 2018.Training at Carnforth pool starts again on Thursday 13th September.Great results for Carnforth Otters at Derwent open water swim yesterday, with a steep and slippery run to the finish due to low water levels.
Ben Winterburn finishied 2nd in the 3.8 km event. In the 500m we had:

Paige Evans 11th (8th female)
