More National Success for our Otters, this time in the Open Water British Championships.
Ben Winterburn has qualified for the 5K Open Water Championships by winning the North West region 17/18yrs 5K championship.
Also qualifying in the 12yrs 1500m is McKenzie Ronson-Horrocks who swam a blistering 19:28 at the recent North West Regional Championships in Manchester, over 30 seconds inside the qualifying time.
Massive well done also to Ellie Howley who competed in the 14 year old 3k distance, finishing with a sprint finish, coming 7th in the North West.
Fantastic performances and a massive CONGRATULATIONS to all three.
