Thursdays @ UNIVERSITY – J Squad & Microleague post summer training starts 2018

The Friday night technique session (previously held at Carnforth pool) for JL, JM & JT squads is moving to Lancaster University pool on THURSDAY for the next 3 weeks @ 6:30pm – 9:00pm.
6:30 – 7:30 — JL
7:30 – 9:00 — JM, JT and Microleague A swimmers from Transition/T-squad.
Subsequent sessions also to be held on a Thursday evening instead of Friday – location to be confirmed.
