5th Feb: Training Cancelled at Carnforth. All Friday swimmers welcome at Heysham
FRIDAY 5th February: Training CANCELLED at Carnforth. All Friday night Carnforth swimmers are welcome to join the Heysham session instead.
Saturday 6th Feb: MICROLEAGUE TRIALS at Salt Ayre, 4.00-6.30pm (Other training cancelled – read more)
MICROLEAGUE TRIALS: Salt Ayre – 6th February 4.00-6.30pm. This is for ALL JL,JM & JT swimmers of the required age (check email for details) Training is cancelled for all other swimmers.

Training is cancelled in the second session at Salt Ayre on Saturday 14th November 5pm-6:30pm due to Arena League. The early session 4pm-5:30pm will go ahead as usual.
