- Float (Kickboard)
- Pull Bouy
- 2 pairs of goggles ( 1 spare)
- Swim Cap

- Hand paddles ( upper T squads only)
Competition equipment:
- Plenty of fluids to last the day
- Lunch / snacks
- Kit bag
- 2 x pairs goggles
- 2 x swim caps
- Poolside footwear – flip flops
- Warm clothing for marshalling area and for waiting in between races
- 2x Towels
- 1 x Warm up swimwear
- 1 – 2 x Competitive swim wear (trunks/costume)
