Christmas training – 2018
Training over the Christmas break has been arranged as follows:
Training at Lancaster University pool and Salt Ayre as usual up to and including Sunday 23rd December,
THEN….

| Fri 28/12 | 10:30am – 12:00 noon (Uni) | Usual University swimmers only |
| Sat 29/12 | 4:00 – 6:30pm (SA) | Usual training for ALL swimmers |
| Sun 30/12 | 8:00 – 9:30am (SA) | Usual training for ALL Sunday swimmers |
| Weds 2/1 | 7:00 – 9:30pm (SA) | Usual Salt Ayre training resumes |
| Fri 4/1 | 8:15 – 9:45pm (Uni) | Usual University training resumes |
| Sun 6/1 | Training cancelled |
Last Thursday training session at Carnforth pool is 13th December. Training resumes at Carnforth from Thursday 10th January. Friday night training will continue at Carnforth pool throughout January but we are hoping that Heysham pool will be available for our use in February. Heysham sessions will be on a Thursday at the same times and will replace Friday night sessions at Carnforth pool.
