THURSDAY Training @ Heysham pool
Following a long wait, you’ll be pleased to hear that the J-Squad (and Lower T) technique session is finally moving to the more appropriately sized Heysham pool on THURSDAYS.
This replaces the Friday night session at Carnforth pool for JL, JM & JT squads, and the Transition lane.
6:30 – 7:30 — JL and JM (Salt Ayre lane 4) – updated 26/3
7:30 – 8:45 — JM (Salt Ayre lanes 5&6), JT, JT Transition and Lower T-Squad (those not yet invited to Tuesday/Friday Uni sessions)
We do have a slight overlap with sessions and swimmers are welcome to attend either or boths sessions during this period:
