FRIDAY Training back @ Carnforth pool (until February): J-Squads
The Friday night technique session is back at Carnforth pool for JL, JM & JT squads and the Transition lane until Christmas FEBRUARY, as Heysham pool is still unavailable.
6:30 – 7:30 — JL
7:30 – 8:45 — JM, JT and Transition
Once Heysham pool is available, we plan to train there at the same time but on Thursdays.
