THURSDAY Training @ University: J-Squads and Microleague
The Friday night technique session (previously held at Carnforth pool) for JL, JM & JT squads is moving to Lancaster University pool on THURSDAY for the next 3 weeks @ 6:30pm – 9:00pm.
6:30 – 7:30 — JL
7:30 – 9:00 — JM, JT and ALL Microleague A swimmers from Transition/T-squad.
